For today's Motivation Monday I invite you to be accepting. Take advantage of the opportunities and ideas that are available to you today by opening your heart and mind. Decide to answer yes to one thing that may have pushed you outside your comfort zone today. Say yes to something that might be challenging. Be willing to say yes to something you might have initially said no to. The easiest thing to do is say no right away, so remember to take a breath and choose yes instead.
